Atheist Song of the Week #1 – Uniformitarian Naturalism by God Hates Disco

by Michael Nugent on October 18, 2015

Starting today, I’ll be featuring an Atheist Song of the Week. Naturally I give pride of place to Uniformitarian Naturalism by God Hates Disco, who had the good taste to sample one of my debates in this Geogaddi-evoking track from their recent album Great Radio. You may notice that, unlike my debate opponent, I did not preface my contribution with ‘In the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit…’

See also my updated list of video links to 200 Atheist Songs from an eclectic range of artists and genres. They don’t all promote atheism, but they should all make you think or laugh or both. More suggestions welcome.

The Sonseed thing is utterly remarkable.
Christian evangelism expressed via the medium of ska.

As with Spnal Tap, they lost their dummer to that aged rioter and demagogue Death.

Their video is a great moment.
